说课标说教材演讲稿

尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：

大家好！很荣幸有这样的机会，能在这里和大家一起交流、**对于英语教学的一点想法。我说的教材是新目标七年级英语下册unit 6 i’m watching tv.

恳请大家多提宝贵意见。

下面，我将从说课标、说教材、说建议三个大方面进行研说。

首先说课标。

义务教育阶段英语课程标准的总目标：通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力，促进心智发展，提高综合人文素养。具体表现在语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、文化意识和情感态度五个方面。

这五个方面共同促进三维目标的完成。

根据英语《课程标准》的要求，unit 6 对应的课程目标是：能听懂有关话题的语段；能就熟悉的话题（日常活动）进行简单的交流信息；能读懂短文并抓住大意；能用短语和句子描述系列**。

本单元分别对语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、文化意识和情感态度5个方面提出了具体的内容标准。具体来说，语言知识方面要求掌握25个左右单词和短语，现在进行时态的构成和用法；语言技能方面要求能在日常生活中恰当理解和运用本单元话题范围内的单词和习惯用语；并能简短交谈，并在指导下参与角色扮演活动。在学习策略方面：

要求学生在观察别人的行为和活动时能用现在进行时来准确地表达所发生或进行的动作。在情感态度上：培养同学间的友好相处，同时能提高他们的观察能力和判断能力，激发他们对学习英语的兴趣和热情，在交际中敢于开口，积极参与。

在文化意识方面：了解西方人是如何表达或描述正在进行的动作。

第二、说教材。先说教材的编写特点。

七年级英语下册有以下几个特点：特点一：以话题为核心、以功能为支撑、以结构为平台、以任务为载体；特点二：

话题与日常生活密切相关、强调日常交流的重要性；特点三：话题训练富有梯度，每个单元由看图学词汇，有对话训练、阅读和写作训练，体现了不同梯度。特点四：

透射出浓郁的文化气息。这篇课文中把中国的传统文化和西方对比，透射出浓郁的文化气息。

为了更好地理解新教材的编写意图，我将新旧版本进行了对比，发现了很多惊喜之处。新版教材对话题和单元做了很多调整、删减和增加。调整单元顺序主要出于话题和语法结构两方面的考虑。

旧人教版是unit5，新版调整到unit6. 单元内结构上无多大变化，但单元内容上变化很大。如：

语法项目的重新编排

1. 重新编排的grammar focus**使得语法规律更清晰，也便于学生自己发现和归纳。新教材设计了形式多样、不同层次的语法练习和活动。

2.和旧版对比，新版设计了更丰富、更实效的阅读材料：

（1）.修订后的阅读均采用读前、读中、读后三个步骤。

（2）.适当地增加了语篇输入量，为的是让学生更好地适应并过渡到八年级的阅读量。（3）. 修订后的教材在题材的选择上也更加贴近我国中学生的学习生活、兴趣爱好和心理特征。

3.增加示范对话(2d) 提供了相对真实、地道的口语模仿材料

4.增强了写作的过程性和指导性

说教材的第二个方面：编写体例及目的

每单元分为section a、section b 和self check部分。

section a主要介绍和学习本单元的基础语言知识（包括语法），进行核心词汇和核心句型的练习，并设计一些简单的任务，通过任务的完成，达到初步运用基础语言知识的目的。section b是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用,主要加强和提高学生在真实情境中运用所学语言知识的能力，并注意培养和发展学生的学习策略。self check供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。

单元内采用“语言的输入——学生的消化吸收——学生的语言输出”为主线编排的,突出学生的主体地位，目的在于培养提高学生的综合运用能力。

本单元的内容结构：本单元以“everyday activities”为话题，由听说课、读写课、语言运用课型组成。目的在于培养提高学生的综合运用能力

每个单元都在横向和纵向两方面做到了知识与技能的整合。横向联系：unit2,6,11,12话题都是有关日常生活的，本单元内句型的整合。

教材的纵向整合，即在学习新语法项目时，同已经学过的语法知识相对比。例如，在学习现在进行时时，把它的构成、用法同一般现在时相比较。

第三，说建议。新课标对教学建议有明确要求。

结合实际教学需要，教师可适当调整、删减、补充或替换教学内容。如，section a 3c，这是游戏和表演环节，对于基础好的同学应该是很有趣的，但在我们农村中学基础相对较差，实施起来比较费劲、费时，所以把它删减。

根据对课标的理解和自我**，我对本单元有5种教学建议，分别是用英语授课、英语情景剧、小组合作、4+1阅读法、手抄报书法比赛等。

在英语课程实施过程中，评价是重要组成部分，能起到画龙点睛的作用。英语课堂的评价要尽可能做到多元化，注重评价方法灵活性和多样性.要做到定性与定量评价相结合，注重形成性评价对学生的发展作用。

体现学生在评价中的主体地位。

我在教学工作中常用以下评价方式。方式一：学生自评，比如学生表演之后或一堂课结束时让学生自评；方式二：

小组评价，根据课堂表现组内可互评；方式三：班级评价，在实施小组合作学习时采用小组竞争机制，评选优秀小组；方式四：教师助评，课堂提问时对学生的回答口头评价，批阅作业时的评语，通过知识检测评价学习成果。

最后说说课程资源的开发与利用建议。

英语教学的特点之一是要使学生尽可能多地从不同渠道、以不同形式接触和学习英语。因此在英语教学中，除了合理有效地使用教材资源，还应积极利用学校资源，如学校图书馆、班级图书角，英语演讲比赛，英语书法展等。学生资源：

鼓励学生交流学习资源，制作班级墙报、手抄报等。网络影视资源对英语教学和学习有很大帮助，有英语歌曲、希望之星英语，多**课件上课，英语学***，英语电影电视、短片等。另外，社会资源也能起到一定的作用。

总之要多渠道开发课程资源，让学生参与、体验学习的乐趣。

关于教学建议、评价建议和课程资源的开发和利用，我想我们**它们更重要的意义就在于如何在我们的教学中来做到，怎样来实现。

一、教学工作情况在教学工作中，坚持成功导学教学法，坚持各项教学常规，向常规要质量，向常规要效果，向常规要成绩。从备课、上课、作业、批改、辅导、考试、评卷、及各个环节的备课，到听课、评课及业务研究、业务学习都一丝不苟，认真对待。特别是在备课、上课、辅导、评估等方面，我们力求尽善尽美。

在备课方面，首先钻研教纲、考纲，关注往常教学中易错易混之处，选择最好的教学方法，最合适的例子，让学生听得懂，记得住，会说会用，再精选好作业，给出一定数量的选做题，尽可能进行分层次作业，体现分层次教学的精神。给力所能及的学生以更广阔的学习空间，给培优补差奠定一个基础；在上课过程中，坚持精讲概念，精讲例题，精选练习，尽最大努力实现当堂问题当堂解决，不留后遗症，不吃夹生饭，避免消化不良，注重过程和效果，提高学生的学习兴趣，培养学生的自学能力，指导学生的学习方法，收到了较好效果；在辅导过程中，从学生个体中发现问题、解决问题，并反馈于教学、指导教学,对培优补差、教学经验的积累，很有益处；在评讲方面，每次都进行准确的错率统计，错因分析，做到讲评有针对性、有复习性，并从中发现每一个单元、章节内容中，学生没有掌握好的地方，查找出在教学过程中存在的不足，给今后教学提供借鉴。要求学生达到考后一百分。

为此，首先要进行纠错，纠错时要求尽量用自己的语言，尽量写得细致，尽量写得完整，并建立自己的错题库，时常看看、翻翻，加强理解和记忆；在每章结束时要进行复习小结，进行知识梳理，收到了很好的效果。本学期的失误是，没有抓好学生学习的主动性，没有抓好培优和优生工作（虽然超额完成了任务指标，但没有更大面积提高优生人数），没有让学生形成良好的行为习惯。对于培优对象提出了每天解决一个不懂不会的问题，但没有进行全面的检查落实。

原因如下：一是学生依赖性强，不主动。二是老师抓得不紧。第三，每天的时间分为干洗（下学期比较好，晚上有第一节自学真正的自学），学生没有时间补差。

四是课堂效率不高，学生的作业要在自学辅导班完成。今后，最重要的工作是落实和检查，提高课堂效率。

今天我的发言有三个方面。首先，我想和你谈谈学英语的重要性。作为家长，我们应该知道英语关系到每个学生未来的成就和持续学习的发展。

因为初中考高中，高中考大学，大学后考研读博，其中必考的科目便是英语，如果要出国留学，考toefl、考gre、考ielts，这一切都是英语。因此，英语几乎伴随着每个学生的生活。进入初中后，英语的地位发生了重大的变化，由小学时侯的副课变得和语文数学一样重要，在中考和高考中，英语和语文数学一样都是120和150分的总分。

对于孩子来讲，七年级是一个很好的重新建立信心，学好英语的机会，我们是从最基本的abc开始学的，即使以前没有任何基础，从现在开始认真学也是可以把英语学好的。很多孩子在小学都没有重视英语，家长也没有过多关注，我希望我们家长在了解了英语的重要性后能和孩子一起重视英语。

你们思想上重视了，无形中也给孩子以熏陶，重视与不重视肯定是完全不同的，在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。所以下课后，我花在英语上的时间更少了。

事实上，要学好英语，40%的学生在课堂上，其余60%的学生在课后需要巩固和加深记忆。在课堂上，教师传授更多的新知识，当然也会有少量的时间来巩固新知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。

况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

第二，我想谈谈说英语的学习方法。英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语只不过是听、说、读、写。

　首先说一下听，不少学生都有和书相配套的磁带，复读机，学习机，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。在课堂上听一点磁带，学生的听力就完全不能发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，听录音机跟读，目的应该是两种，一种同学是上课没有完全消化，听录音是补充学习的过程，另外一种是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

其次是说英语是一门语言，学习就是说，和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，让每个学生学会勇敢地说。在课堂上，我会用各种方法来激励学生，激发他们讲英语的热情。大多数学生确实做得很好。

放学回家也要说。在学校里，我鼓励学生把他们所学的英语会话应用到生活中，这样他们就能有更多的真实情况，给他们更多的发挥空间。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。

有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学派上了用场。

接下来是读。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。

”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢?就是靠读出来的。

我们必须是学生养成每天阅读英语的习惯，这是学习英语最基本的习惯。每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛。

如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像他们早上刷牙洗脸一样，让他们每天都把读英语当作必须。

最后是写。它主要是单词和短语的听写，这是学习英语的唯一途径。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背默写，不断的翻新。

背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，每天坚持的话，你一定会有意想不到的效果。也有句型。学生应了解句型在课堂上的意义和应用。

通过这一个月教学，我发现我们班大部分学生都自尊心强，上进心强，都能很用心认真的学习英语，这使我对他们充满信心。但是也发现了以下问题：

1.学习态度不够端正。上课听讲不专心，爱开小差；讲了的作业交上来还是错误的；

2。未能按时完成最基本的学习任务。单词，词组和课文不会背不会写不会默，达不到要求也不努力去完成。还有拖欠作业的情况。许多男孩自律性差，很懒。今天，明天，明天和后天。

3．学习习惯差。没有做到每天记单词，或者记单词不动笔，上课记笔记要点名提醒，听力不做**，写完作文从来不检查，英语课文和笔记课后从来不读不看不记。千万不要做阅读，造成测试速度慢，效果差。

针对以上问题，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要所有家长的配合和支持。

一。督促学生在家听英语磁带。最好每天坚持听5-10分钟，这对孩子的学习很有帮助。

2.尝试消化当天学到的单词，不要过多地完成任务。每天坚查10个单词，并在一个月内记住一本书中的单词。我将每天组织听写。错误较多的学生会要求他们及时改正。

请家长要检查听写本。

三。请家长督促孩子在家完成作业，以免他们匆忙到校时互相抄袭。每天回家要求记本单元的单词，有时会默写2a部分课文。这也是给学生一点压力，让他们知道，家长会经常检查自己的作业本，一定要认真写。

” the cat sleeps till at last he wakes up. now he is hungry and he wants to eat the oilcake. but there is not any oilcake any more, but he is so hungry.

so he cries: “mum…, mum …”.

just then, mother cat xxes home. she sees the cat crying and asks: “my child, why are you crying”

“im hungry!”

mum says: “ you have eaten the big oilcake, you cant be so hungry.” “i didnt eat it and i cant find it now.

” “but who xxes here” mum asks.

the little cat remembers and says: “ a little thing does, it has pointed mouth, **all ears, silver hairs and a long tail. he says he is my good friend.

”mum says : “how foolish you are! that is a mouse.

the oilcake must have been eaten by him. you dont learn anything. now you must try to learn hard.

”after that, the little cat isnt lazy any more. he learns to catch mice with his mum every day. and he catches the mouse who stole his oilcake.

”blue stops her and says：“look at the sea and the sky, can anything live without water without me, you would all be nothing.”

my mother buys some vegetables, meat and fish. she says, “i am going to cook a big dinner for you!” i am very happy and look forward to eating the big dinner.

i think that is very nice.

at last we pay for them. “thirty-six yuan.” the casher says.

mum looks for money in her pocket. “oh wheres my purse i lost it!” she shouts.

”as everyone knows, english is very important today. it has bexxe the most xxmon language on the inter*** and for international trade. if we can speak english well, we will have more chances to succeed.

so more and more people have begun to learn it.

as for me, i learn english not only because of its importance and its usefulness, but because of my love for it. learning english makes me confident and brings me great pleasure. when i was a child, my mother often told me english stories.
